Bastian Hauck
CEO
Bastian Hauck is the founder and captain of #dedoc°, steering the ship with lived experience and a loud “Nothing About Us Without Us” battle. A passionate advocate, he makes sure every voice on board is heard.
Ana Alvarez Pagola is the Head of Scientific Relations at #dedoc°. Our Navigator, charting the course between science and community. With precision and passion, she makes sure the ship stays aligned with the latest research while never losing sight of the voices on board.
Renza Scibilia, Head of Advocacy at #dedoc°, is our Wave Maker. Stirring the seas, challenging the tides, and making sure the ship’s presence is felt everywhere. With her leadership, silence is never an option.
Gráinne Flynn is the Head of Community at #dedoc° our Community Compass, always pointing the crew in the right direction. With heart, humor, and years of advocacy, she keeps the global circle connected, grounded, and moving forward.
